During Omaha Beer Week, Nebraska Brewing Company is proud to host the award-winning beer journalist John Holl to the brewpub for a Beer & Food Pairing event!

Tappas style pairings, at (4 to 5) stations around the restaurant, each with sample of the paired beer. Through the evening, you’ll be able to speak with John Holl, and NBC’s Executive Chef, Adam Graybill about the pairings. Around 7:15pm John and Chef Adam will present their thoughts on the pairings and solicit questions.

He has judged beer competitions around the world, regularly lectures on craft beer, and appears often on NBC’sWeekend Today in New York. He lives in New Jersey.
