Working along the lines of a New England IPA – ish… We’ve developed an incredibly fruity IPA that while firmly in the path of this newer beer, keeps true to who we are and veers just a bit to avoid the truly cloudy aspects that can define this style. The name is derived from not being a follower and expressing some independence (being a stray) and the alignment with our friends at Hop Cat. Hence, Stray Cat was born. Cheers!
